Dr. Chuck Epps from Fort Mill School District 4 was named the 2024 Administrator of the Year by the South Carolina National School Public Relations Association. Dr. Epps was recognized for exemplary leadership and a commitment to the enhancement of communication and relationships between public schools and the students, families and communities they serve.
