Sponsored by the South Carolina Chapter of the National School Public Relations Association, this annual awards program celebrates exemplary works in the area of school communications and offers three different awards categories:
    1. Golden Achievement Award, which recognizes exemplary public relations activities, programs, and projects;

    2. Publications and Electronic Media Awards, which recognizes outstanding work in all types and all forms of educational communications; and the

    3. Golden Medallion Award, which recognizes superior overall educational public relations programs

    Professionals in communications and public relations will judge entries. Criteria are based on industry standards and professional judgement. School-level entries will be evaluated by SC/NSPRA members and district entries will be judged by members of the Mississippi chapter of the National School Public Relations Association.
